Did you ever see Elton in concert?? My son and I did, this year..he was GREAT!! A little TOO loud and the most expensive tics that I ever bought but, great all the same.

Yea, they were quite pricey but it was a once in a lfetime thing. Wish I would have seen him back in the 70's or 80's but then again, his concert may have not lasted for 3 hours.

I've always dug that song, thanks for the link Dcookie. Rico, I too like Boston, and not just cuz I live there, my fave Boston song is Longtime/Foreplay. And after the Elton John roll we were on in the word association I've discovered I like more of his songs than I realized.

NO WAY!!! I like lots of songs that probably no one else would care for...ok...how about ANYTHING by the Trans-Siberian Orchestra. I love them but a lot of people DON'T. I blast them in my car but when I'm stuck in traffic, I tend to turn it down a notch.

My son and I go and see them every year when they come here. They are AMAZING!! Check out some of their vids on youtube...their light show is AWESOME!! I would think they are a mixture of rock and classical, all rolled into one...ALL of the musicians are TOP NOTCH!! Each of their cd's have a story...the music in each cd goes along with the story. You can also go to their website, http://trans-siberian.com/ and check them out. When we see them THIS year, that will be out 9th time seeing them in concert. They are worth EVERY PENNY!!!
I gotta admit, I have never heard of Trans Siberian Orchestra. But I do like some classical music so I don't think they are that bad, actually it's kinda clever, the whole classical rock thing works. The weird thing is I asked you guys about liking emabarrassing songs and yet I am stumped about some of the songs that make me hang my head low. Although Engelbert Humperdinck has got a few hits.... JUST KIDDING
