*Don't really know why the last "Word Association" thread was closed; with only 294 replies and 30 pages. The old "Word Association 4" thread had 704 replies and 71 pages - a significant difference. More than double, actually...

The decision was made to close the thread because 1. we felt that it was time to do so and 2. towards the end, it mainly consisted of just you and RicoLX. The whole purpose was to get all of the members involved and participate, if the members are not participating other than just two, that's big indication that the other user are just not interested therefore no longer seeing a need to keep it going. Moderators are at liberty to close, move and archive threads as we see fit.
... hmmm if my thinned skin doesnt deceive me, one would think the moderator has it out for the RicoLX ... otherwise, the entire LOUNGE should b e shut down... as it is losing interests and all we were doing was trying to liven it up..... closing down a string just because it has responses?..Instead of closing down strings thats still open since 2001 and on ly has one or two comments in them... a little backward if u ask me... hmmmmm.

I agree, Rico LX - it seems hat not very many users come to the Louge here anymore like they sure used to. I remember getting as much as 25-30 e-mail notifications per day just in "Word Association 2" ALONE! Man, those were the good 'ol days. The "Word Association" topic is pretty much the only thread keeping this Lounge alive. I do enjoy coming here, though.
To participate in more Lounge threads, I head on over to the U-verse Lounge. But even there, the replies are getting limited more and more every day...
