I had my iPhone 4 previously, and bought several ringback tones and assigned to my close friends and family. It has been almost a week since I got my new iPhone 4s, and everytime when I click on "Manage" from the https://rbtapp.att.com/manage, the error message would show up - "Sorry, unable to connect to AT&T Ringback Tones at this time. Please try again later." (how long is "later"? is the site down??)
I paid $1.99 per tone, and each would expired 6 months after purchased... For such rule, and I can't access and manage via my iPhone and from the website for almost a week now, it is getting getting very irritating and frustrating.
Has anyone had the same issue? Please help!

Are you accessing https://rbtapp.att.com/ directly from your phone?
