Can you add a ringback tone to a business cell phone?

My cell phone used to have a ringback tone until I upgraded to the iPhone 4S. The phone number is now also a business line. Is it possible to get my ringback tone again?

If you were using an iPhone before you upgraded and your Apple ID is still the same, you should be able to download the ringtone again.

Regarding ringback tones, I have a business premiere account, so I cannot access the ATT App pages. I've downloaded ringback tones on Itunes, however how do I transfer the download into my Iphone so the caller will hear the ringback tone? Thank you in advance.

Ringback tones are managed through https://rbtapp.att.com/ but if your company's phone does not allow you to use that app, you may not be able to use ringback tones.

Thank you, however since my number is registered as a business line, I cannot even establish login to the app site. It is an AT&T thing, not my business. I would love to have this feature on my Iphone because I am often overseas, however I do not want clients calling in and hearing the overseas ring. I would rather they hear music.
