I feel I must share this, to help anyone who is in the same situation! For two days prior to this post I was trying to get my ringback tone on my new Iphone, first on-line, and then I called At&t for assistance. First off the customer service rep had the worst active listening skills in the world, he was more interested in upgrading and selling me something then he was In helping fix the problem I was having, next he gave me all the wrong information, and so does the question/answer section on this website the link provided does not work at all, and once you click on it and attempt to purchase your ringback tone you are asked to sign in again, which doesn't work, I must have signed in over a hundred times and had so many windows open it froze my computer.Tech support was another joke. So as the frustration mounted I decided to Google "shop ringback tones" of course there are third party sales out there, but I don't trust them at all, and if I have At&t service, and they offer ringback tones, why should I go out side? I finally found a forum talking about the same problem I was having, and on this forum there just happen to be a post from the person who is the owner of the ringback tones. Now for the good stuff, and for anyone reading this I must appologise for the legnth, I just had to vent my frustration in case At&t actually reads these things. But here is the correct way to get to the app store and the ringback tones...
.
In the address bar type in: www. [of course] appcenter.wireless.att.com, write that down.
Now for At&t I hope that the improvements being made to your website will include the customers login follow them on every link they click on if it is not outside the site and the link is to your products and services. To have to login over and over is rediculous! And if "Facebook" can create a cookie that follows customers and monitors what website they visit, I'm sure you can too. I would also be happy if your customer service reps took the time to do what ever necessary to satisfy a frustrated customer, maybe place them on hold and google themselves if need be.And in closing I would also like to say, that we spend our hard earned money for what we want, and to be treated in a manner that gives the impression that you don't care, and are greedy and only about what you can milk out of me, is something that needs to be addressed, I don't care about the monopoly your trying to create, I will find away to not spend a penny of my money with you. I will go "prepaid" it's cheaper anyway.I have already avoided the cable company crap, and I will leave you too. NOW GET BUSY, LISTENING TO AND HEARING US!!!!!
Now look at that you can detect an inappropriate word in my post, but my login can't follow me from page to page, or page to linked page. WOW!!!

THANK GOD!!!!! I thought it was me!! Have been trying for 3 days to purchase a ringback tone and even had a technician tell me he heard it on my phone when he called my number, LIED!!!! I spent two hours on May 21st just trying to purchase a tone, this is very very very sad and awful service. I'm glad that somehow I stumbled across this community site so that I could get some help. THANK YOU, but not you AT&T!!!
