why can't i purchase from the play store?

Free apps download no problem. When i try and purchase an app it sais,"an error has occurred. Try again later. Two days now. I called a rep and no problems like blocks or unpaid bill, no nothing. Running ics. I've heard of the medic having this problem and it uses ics.

Try doing a factory reset on your phone that has happened to me and it works. However you would want to save important info due to doing a factory reset will erase everything off your phone if you did not back-up what you wanted to keep.
