CANNOT GET PROGRAM TO ERASE RED LIGHT HAS BEEN ON FOR 4 HOURS NOT RECORDING ANYTHING

I recorded a program, it recorded fine, i went to erase it it will not erase and said it may be playing in another room which it is not. Other programs i have earsed with no problem cannot erase this one and the red light will not go off It says exactly this program cannot be erased may be playing on another box, which it is not. Any help would be appreciated i have a lot of recorded programs and do not want to try anything that would erase any of them, is it just stuck or what.

I just recorded another program and it erased fine. This one show seems to be stuck i am ready to pull my hair out i have tried everything it just seems stuck. I hope texas ranger replies the best!!!

Try rebooting your DVR and any other U-verse receivers connected to the other TV's.
