DVR erased after every update.

Every time my DVR has an update requiring a reboot, all of my stored recordings are deleted. Is this typical? It happened again today and has happened for the past 5-6 updates. Really getting old.

No, it is not supposed to do that. I suspect you have a bad DVR.

Please call technical support, tell them what has happened, and have them send you a new DVR for you to swap it out.
