DVR playback issues, picture pixalating

Problem(s): - picture pixalating on multiple channels
- DVR playback stuttering voice/picture. Not constantly, just enough to be annoying
Equipment: DVR VIP1225
RG 2WIRE 3800HGV-B
Both are connected thru surge protectors.
Replaced DVR about a week ago - no change in problems
Reboot DVR and RG multiple times.

Can you download and install SomeJoe's tool at the link below?
http://www.uverserealtime.com/
Once you install the tool, please post screenshots of the following tabs: IP/Profile, Error Table, Bitloading, & Coax/HPNA.
We can take a look at the screenshots to see if there appears that you might be an issue with your system.

Thanks for posting your screenshots. They don't reveal any obvious issues with your system. Since you have been unable to get this resolved contacting Technical Support, send a PM to Alex who is an AT&T Community Manager on this forum.
Also, check the settings on your account to make sure that you will receive email notification when a PM is received on this forum.
