More DVR issues - "Network Problems have stopped this recording playback."

Recently, we've been having the following issue:
When attempting to play a recorded program, after playback for a few minutes, the program will freeze, then stop, and the "Network Problems..." message will appear. After backing out of program and attempting to get back in - all recordings will temporarily disappear. Eventually, they come back. Just now, I have tried to watch tonight's recording of "The Walking Dead," but three times in a row, this has happened, and when I'm finally able to try again, it has stopped during the same scene.
I've restarted my receiver, and I've power cycled my Gateway. We were recently shipped our 5th DVR, and since then, this problem has gone from rare to VERY common.
Any suggestions how to make this go away??

Please describe how the U-VERSE equipment is connected. Are you using a coax or Ethernet connection? If it is Ethernet are you connected directly to the U-VERSE RG or do you have an additional Ethernet switch. Download the UV Realtime program and post you findings.

The receivers are connected via coax.
If I'm not mistaken, the UV Realtime program doesn't work with an iMac w/o Windows.

You could copy/paste the contents of this page that gives much of the Realtime info and go from there:

To see what your bitloading chart looks like: http://adslm.dohrenburg.net/tools/3800hg-stats.php
Follow the directions under the 2 boxes and can paste the link from the top of results page. ![]()

While I sort of understand what you're saying, I don't follow it completely.

Go to this link, then copy the page and post in a reply page so we can see the info that we could if you could install Realtime.
To see what your bitloading chart looks like: http://adslm.dohrenburg.net/tools/3800hg-stats.php
This will show the bitloading that shows your physical line chacteristics, whether there are any line problems present.
Follow the directions under the 2 boxes and then you paste the link from the top of results page into the reply page also.
