On Demand keeps freezing, temporarily unavailable. I have to reboot box repeatedly, at least several times a day. Known issue I guess. Is there a permanent fix yet? The tech changed the box, gateway, modem but the issue is ongoing. Sometimes happens during rewind or fwd of live TV also. I have seen numerous complaints about this online but there doesn't seem to be a permanent fix. It happens on my wireless and hard wired box as well.

Can you download and install SomeJoe's tool at the link below?
Once you install the tool, please post screenshots of the following tabs: IP/Profile, Error Table, Bitloading, & Coax/HPNA.
We can take a look at the screenshots to see if there appears that you might be an issue with your system.

On Demand and regular channels keep freezing. OnDemand is "temporarily unavailalable. Have to reboot STB and RG at least 3 times per day. Pls. Help. Have had the wireless boxes and the gateway and modem already replaced by tech but issue is not resolved. Here are the screenshots from the UVRealtime tool.

Pls. would someone review my screenshots posted on message on 8/1 to see where the problem is? Tired of rebooting so many times a day!!! Orignal post is on this same board by same user D&M2012.

Your screenshots do not show any obvious issues with your system. Since you have already attempted to resolve this by calling Technical Support, send a PM to Alex who is an AT&T Community Manager on this forum.
Also, check the settings on your account to make sure that you will receive email notification when a PM is received on this forum.
