Only one STB got the upgrade!

I woke up this morning to find that the "main" STB -- the one with the hard drive -- had been upgraded to the 1.6 firmware, but the other two boxes had not. Does anyone know why this is? And more important, how can I get the other two STBs caught up? Please note that power cycling the unupgraded boxes had no effect, nor did a hard reboot, and that the only thing the AT&T phone support rep could tell me was "It isn't supposed to happen this way."
