Starz HD On Demand Movies Unwatchable

Anybody experiencing this? The picture jumps and pans in a manner that makes it impossible to enjoy. Don't experience this with on demand shows on either SHO or HBO. Any thoughts as to the culprit? Assuming since everything else seems to work well it's an ATT issue? Only me?

An issue with both Starz HD ON Demand and Encore HD On Demand was mentioned on another forum found in the link below. The poster also mentions that he is actually has FIOS and Cablevision, and that the same issue exists on both. It appear that the issue may be with the On Demand content being received from Starz.
