The THDVR playback on mostly the separate receivers drops frames or will freeze up for several seconds off and on during playback of a recorded program. For example the playback may start fine, then after any period of time it will freeze up for a second or two, then play another second, freeze again for several seconds, and so on.
Sometimes it will get worse over time and sometimes it appears to improve. Usually I end up shutting the Cisco STB down and try again in a little while or the next day. Normally if I wait long enough and try again it will play fine. Occasionally I'll have similar, limited playback issues on the DVR itself, although it will usually just drop a frame or two and then continue playing.
Originally the Home Gateway was located in my home office with one of the Cisco receivers connected Cat 5 and the THDVR was down in my family room connected via the Coax. I read here that it is recommended to have the THDVR hooked to the Gateway over Ethernet, so I swapped the STB and the THDVR, but the issue still continues intermittently.
The Internet connection also seems unreliable, especially when trying to stream Netflix or Hulu on multiple platforms (Roku, PS3, PC, Smart phones, etc) so I don't know if that might be related to the TV issues.
Looking at the other messages here in the forum I see requests for UverseRealtime screenshots, so I already included them. I've had it installed for a while, so I just went ahead and attached the screenshots from the requested tabs: IP/Profile, Error Table, Bitloading, & Coax/HPNA.

Your Max Rate shown on the IP/Profile tab is not quite sufficient to support a stable U-verse connection on the 25/2 line profile that you have. There may be some line issues with your system.
I would suggest that you call Technical Support at the number shown in my signature. They will run tests on your system, and determine what should be done to get this resolved,
