THDVR and BayArea

I see articles, and received a voice message saying that I should have a THDVR, but it does not work. I called tech support, and was told that my sw was not updated. And then was told it would be updated by years end... That seems very vague comapred to the artical and voicemail.

Where abouts in the Bay Area are you located at? I'm in Vallejo and ours was updated last week. Didnt even realize I was getting it till I had to restart the system because we we're getting no picture to both boxes. After I called cust. svc. they told me to reboot the gateway and thats when the update started to download.

Call them back and see if you can get to T2 tech support and tell them you should have thdvr and ask them what procedures you need to do to update the software so that thdvr will be enabled. If that doesn't work be patient I'm sure you are probably closer in line to get thdvr than the rest of us here.

I'm in San Jose. I will try to call again, I did ask the first person to pass me on, becaus ethey didn't even know what total home dvr was.

I'm in San Jose (95125) and THDVR came down through an overnight update near the end of last week. You could try to reboot your DVR and STBs and see what happens. However, it looks like it's still a phased rollout -- someone either here or on UverseUsers from my zip code had THDVR about 4-5 days before I did. Seems like it's taking them a while to cover everyone.

I am in Brentwood, CA. i got a message on my tv's today that i now have THDVR, got the same message on a recorded phone call yesterday funny thing though i have had it for a week, they are just a little late with there message, maybe just trying to notify me in case i didn't know it, it does work well.

I'm also in Brentwood (small world... Minnesota/Sand Creek area), the ATT guy is running wires as I type. Confirmed whole house DVR is included.
