restarting my main dvr stb right now. I did not have my TV on at 1:30am.

Woke up this morning to find the THDVR update here in CT. Just waiting for the sound upgrade to come, hopefully shortly....

Woke up today and found the new look and phase 2 completed in Waterbury CT. I never was asked to upload it was just there. No gears screen.  Question for those who already have this. I still have no option for audio surrond sound. Is that going to be a differnet upload?

From what I've read throughout these forums....YES (SORTA). I don't believe it's an additional update, but it sounds like it takes another 24 hrs or so.  My own personal experience it took 6 days and I called tech support 2x the 6th day and while I was on the phone she pushed it through.  She also had me unplug my RG too...Rebooted and got the "gears" after.  Good Luck

St. Louis - got the update this morning.  Notice that when I manually delete shows, the screens are noticeably faster.

Got the update in Fairfield CT yesterday but still no surround sound option.

I got the update in Meriden, CT this morning - no chance to check Audio (but there was no audio option in the menu if that is where I am supposed to see something) - no Media Share either.

I have noticed this to be the case with the interactive menus as well.... They seem to load a lot faster!

I saw that someone said that Sacramento got it overnight on the 29th.  Does anyone know if that includes Rocklin as well.  Tech support is unable to answer my question regarding this and I've been 'bounced' everywhere trying to obtain a larger capacity DVR.  Any info would be appreciated.

I have received the DVR Phase 2 update today in El Dorado Hills so I would imagine it has gone out to the entire Sacramento region.

How do you know if you have received the update, Is there a message or are you guys just trying out the features that should be there, i.e pausing a non DVR STB. I am new to U-Verse so I have not been around for any kind of update.

Got it in Stockton too so it does seem all of Sacramento has it.
