I have the 500GB HDD 2250 and still have audio dropouts with my Pioneer Elite receiver. Is there anything I can do to improve it? I'm connected via HDMI.

Like it says on the forum page, "It's spring cleaning time". Throw your at&t receivers out and get directv! I just switched from directv to at&t last week. Although I'm very happy with the picture quality and channels, I couldn't be more disappointed in the audio department. What's the sense of having 6k worth of audio equipment if it cuts out every 5 minutes? I hope theirs a fix soon or myself and others, I'm assuming will be leaving.

I see that you have a pioneer elite receiver which isn't cheap. I feel your pain, it really sucks when you spend a lot of money on equipment and your provider makes it useless, unless you like listening to stereo instead of surround sound. Hopefully at&t will do something to fix this soon.

Just got off the phone with tech. support and all I can say is atrocious. Anyway a service tech. is coming tomorrow to check things out. I'll let you know what happens, I'm guessing nothing will.

I read in a post from another thread that the 2250s resolved the audio drop out issue.
