can't access guide on internet

i use the guide on the internet to program my dvr.

the last few days i get SAML 2.0 authentication failed.

i have cleared my browser cache and cookies, tried google chrome instead of firefox, still get same message.

tech support was no help, they say it is my computer that is working fine.

so i tried to access the guide on my phone only to get a security warning.

can anyone help? thanks.

There may be a couple of ways to get to it ( You may get the same problem with the other ways)
Did you use this link - https://loginprodx.att.net/commonLogin/igate_edam/controller.do?TAM_OP=login&USERNAME=unauthenticate...

You can try logging on to att.net & then searching for the WRA.
