My install is coaxial and I get that message when the coax connection is loose. I have noticed lately that my wireless network signal is lower which slows down my my internet. I don't know if this is an ATT issue or something else. I decided to bypass using the wirelesss stbs because of possible connection issues. Send Alex a PM he is an ATT Community Manager on the forum.

We had the same problem. Wireless receivers are junk! We have two. I am having one removed on Thursday. Unfortunately I'm stuck with the other one, ATT cant rewire the TV in the kitchen to work. So frustrating. I'd cancel everything it it was such a hassle to get another system.

I just installed my wireless STB on Thursday and have continually had this problem despite full bars and doubling my internet speed when I ordered the wireless STB. Usually the recordings come back after a minute but this morning I have not been able to get them back. I called tech support on Thursday night when this first happened and he had me reset the gateway, the DVR box and then the wireless box, but this keeps happening. I'll give it another week or so but I may switch back to the coax box and deal with running 18ft of cable along the base board.
edit: when I lose the recordings, the screen that shows the available recording space still shows I have 62% free, yet not recordings are available.
