I was told by an AT&T store near Troy, MI that if I sign with AT&T Uverse, they will give me $400 for joining. That was more than a year ago. I never got a penny from AT&T. They would raise my monthly bill several times during the year and I had to go to the store to get it corrected. So, in desperation I canceled my service and now have service from WOW. Is there anyone in AT&T management that cares? Now I get a letter from AT&T that they will give me $300 for joining. Do they think the consumers are stupid?

Did you ever redeem your rebates at the Reward Center website or call AT&T to find out why you had not received your rebates?

I was checking with the AT&T store agents very frequently and they kept telling me that the "check is in the mail". It continued for the whole year. I think they are all crooks.

The employees in the AT&T Store would not be able to help you with rebates. You need to redeem your rebates at the Reward Center website otherwise you would not receive them. If the rewards do not appear on that website within 30 days of your install date, you would need to contact the Reward Center not the AT&T Store.

Well, how am I supposed to know that? Should the store rep who sold me this scheme not tell me what I am supposed to do? They kept on promising that I will get the money and now I have disconnected AT&T service in desperation and mailed the final payment last week. What am I supposed to do now? I am not interested in knowing what I should have done when your representatives lied to me. Do you have any solution?
