I was offered promotional rates on internet and uverse tv in December 2011. The TV promotion has been applied, but every month the internet promotion has not. So, I have to spend 30-60 minutes on the phone with customer service who promises to get it corrected, and still not. ATT billing and customer service are incompetent. If you speak with Levi, an escalation supervisor in billing, employee code {personal content removed for safety}, she is totally useless and full of empty promises.
