When I signed up for U-Verse service, and Internet, I was told I would be getting (3) Rewards cards worth $100 each. Two were for the orders I made with the new service, and one was for the company I work at; Acosta Sales and Marketing. Since I've had service now, I only received one. I've called both Customer Service and the Rewards numbers, and they both told me to call the other. I've been trying to get a solid contact for a week and a half now and still can't. The rewards cards played a major factor in ordering service as we had to decide between AT&T and its competitors. I just wanted to get this addressed to see if I can get this figured out.
Thanks,
Eric

Maybe you can find them here.
- Go to https://rewardcenter.att.com/
- Click on Get Your Rewards
- Select AT&T U-verse (TV, Internet, and/or Voice) and click Go
- Enter in your account number and press Go
Hope this helps! You can also contact either sales, billing, or the reward center (they may have to transfer you here) for more info at 800-288-2020

It is amazing I have the exact same problem. I believe the $200 is something AT&T never intends to pay. I went back to the store where I originally signed up and they told me that they hadn't been processed but since I called they got the process started and in 4 to 6 weeks I should receive the 2 cards. So instead of weeks it will be months if at all. good Luck

If you never redeem your rebates on the Reward Center website found in the link in the above message, receiving your rebates will be delayed or forfeited. After my U-verse service installed, I redeemed my rebates at the Reward Center website and received them in a timely manner.

I have also had the exact same problem. We recently moved and HAD to switch to Uverse and buy new equipment. I was told we would receive a $100 visa rewards card by two people on two separate phone calls. I called this morning since our account was not recognized on the rewards page and was told we are not eligible to receive the visa now. Why was I told this a month ago when I signed up?!?!?!?
We have had so many billing issues including them double billing us and not canceling our previous service when requested, but that is another story. After being customers for almost 10 years, we are very disappointed AT&T!!!!!!

I was told this morning that I need to have either a TV or a wireless plan with them. When I called to switch our services in May, he originally told me a landline was sufficient for the reward offer.

Not sure what's going on. You might send a PM to Alex who is an AT&T Community Manager on this forum.
Also, check the settings on your account to make sure that you will receive email notification when a PM is received on this forum.
