ATT U-verse DSL billing -- victim +1

On Mar 3, 2011, I signed up ATT DSL month-by-month plan for $19.95 per month. My order receipt( I still have the copy) says there is no installation fee. ( I chose self-installation ) and the only equipment fee(router) is $75. ATT billed me $29 for service fee and $100 for the router. ATT also billed me $35 per month ever since. I called ATT at least four times. The ATT customer representative always told me they would credit me back in the next bill. So far it still hasn't happened.
In May, 2011, I moved to a different ATT service area. Because I haven't got the promised credit from ATT, I called ATT again. The customer representative asked me to move the ATT DSL service to the new location. She also confirmed with me that
1. The moving of DSL service is free;
2. The new location requires a different modem. ATT will send me new modem for free
3. As part of service move, I will keep existing month-by-month plan for $19.95 per month;
4. There is no any other additional charge moving the service;
Then the new bill comes. It charges a whopping $142.61 instead of $19.95. The bill includes all sorts of fees ATT customer representative promised not there.
Resolution Sought:
-- apologize for the deceptive selling practice and huge amount time I wasted talking to its customer representatives;
-- refund me the inappropriate charges. My order receipt states only $75 one time charge(for the router) and $19.95 per month. Anything more than the amount should be refunded. So far the number is
236.89 = 142.61 + 70 + 179.08 - 75 - 19.95*4

So, did you get the refunds?
You can call and ask for a corrected billing, and pay and adjusted amount with credits included.

I signed up for the same ATT DSL month-by-month plan for $19.95 towards the end of march 2011. I made sure it is month by month because I wasn't sure if it will be fast enough for me. Couple of months later I got fed up with the slow speeds so I called and canceled. The customer rep on the phone told me I had contract. I advised her that the online offer that I signed up for was month by month. She did some checking, said ok and closed the account.
Yesterday (2-3 months after the account was closed) I received an e-mail that I my credit card on file will be billed $120.
I called and after being transfered few times and being on hold for almost an hour somone told me that the charge was for canceling contract. He claimed that all their offers include 12 month agreement, but he also mentioned that online offers sometimes vary from theirs... ???? At the end he said there is nothing he can do. I know what I signed up for, and I am not stupid. Unfortunately I didn't keep any of the emails regarding my service because it had been few month since I had canceled.
Is there anyway that I can prove that there was an dsl offer in march 2011 that was month by month?
