In February, I received a bill that was 10 dollars higher than the previous. I called customer service and she explained that the rates had gone up . I convinced her that if they could not get it back down to 114, I would go else where. She gave me a promotional rate, for a year, and the next bill was back down to 114. That lasted until I got the next bill which was up to 118. I called customer service and he advised me that they do not give year long promotional rates. When he checked my account, he found that it was for a year. He explained that 118 was correct, but I never could understand what he was telling me. If one customer service rep tells me the new rate is good for a year, how could it already go back up??
I can't figure out how to pull up last months bill to compare the two.
