Are They Ever Going to Fix the Billing Log In????

Or should I just cancel the service. It's been out for 10 days, I can't go online and pay my bill.
Every other system in the world fixes their system, in a few hours. But here you have a huge orgainization and in 10 days they can't fix it?
Something is surely wrong with that.
I only pay online. I do not snail mail. I do not go to the office. And there is no reason not to. They advertise this system as being able to pay online.
Let's see them keep their word.

What kind of error are you getting?
I just tried here at work (Win7 - IE8) and can get in fine. A few hours ago when I was at home I was also able to log in fine (Mac OSX - Safari 5). I've had no issues over the last 10 days.

There seems to be more than one problem with it -- I can log in fine, but it won't let me schedule a payment! I also pay online, don't even get paper bills.

Online Account Management
That's the message I keep getting for the last 11 days. I called 5 or ten times, and all I got was a bunch of hot air how I did not know my password, I was at the wrong computer, etc.
I have never dealt with such a bunch of total peopple with no brains?
I pay all my other bills online. How could they not know their system doesn't work.
Like I say, the worst customer service possible, worst I ever saw.

Guessing because its a limited problem and not effecting everyone. All you can do is keep on them. But in the meantime there are different payment options so you can still get your payment it. You can pay directly from your phone.

- Follow the voice prompts to enter your payment information.
- After successfully making a payment, you will receive a confirmation number.
Does your bank also have a bill pay service you can use online? I always keep more that one payment method available in case of situations like your having.

I may try the 729. I think that may only work if I have an att phone. I have uverse tv and internet. I may try it, but this is getting old.
I will keep after them, I did another online chat with them tonight, which, of course did no good, but certainly should have done some good.
I do not believe this is a problem with only my account.
I suspect it is more than one, perhaps many accounts.
I can also pay by check, etc.
But why? Their system is supposed to work; while I am on hold with them, the recorded message keeps harping "avoid paper and pay online".
Hey, that's a lie unless they fix the system.
They need to get some little kids to show them how to do it.
That's what old people are supposed to do when they don't know how to do something on the computer.

Is this a problem with your Wireless account login? Or is it with U-Verse or Internet? If its U-Verse or Internet accounts your having issues with then your in the wrong support area (your in the Wireless Community Forums) and that might be why I'm not seeing the same thing as you are.
On your home computer have you tried clearing the cache and cookies for your browser?
Also which way are you trying to log in online? This link there is a drop-down that allows you to select which account type you want (this is the one I normally use).

Yes Ed, I am in the wrong forum. It is a problem with U Verse TV and Internet.
Anyway, I see the same issues in those other forums.
And twice last night I did a live chat, all to no avail.
11 days of my account held hostage.
So, I guess I'll go over there and post, but it all seems so useless.

I will say, Ed, there are no posts and no responses over in Uverse forum. I got a lot more response over here. I don't know what to make of that, maybe that they have fewer problems or more problems with the tv and internet, or what?
Anyway, by 'mistakenly' posting over here I did get some tips, and an email address and two tech names; however, they may only be phone people.

Sorry I couldn't help more. But as customers here on the forums our help is limited to just suggestions. We don't actually have access into ATTs system. Sorry customer service wasn't able to do anything for you.
