At&t rant

This company needs to really get their stuff in order they want to charge 5dollars for someone to take my payment instead of the automated doing it but the automated cant seem to understand even the simplest of stuff. I have never come across worse service than at&t's service but the only people that service my area is at&t if they are going to run a buiseness or have a monopoly on a area then maybe they should make sure their stuff works but I bet they dont want that automated to work when someone has to pay their bill wouldnt surprise me if they made it that way cause they are money hungry cut throat sons of well i guess you can fill in the rest of that I spent over a hour on the phone trying to pay my bill being transfered from automated to a real person time and time again cause no one seemed to be able to help me without having to charge me 5 more dollars I am not goin to pay not one cent just so I can pay someone their money not goin to happen at&t shouldnt even have a buiseness if they cant have their stuff working properly I never had to post stuff like this about comcast i never had to get mean with comcast people for any reason but it just seems i am having to get mean with at&t people all the time just to keep my equipment working or to pay my bill when i finally got mean with one of them they told me I could pay my bill online if i wanted to turn my computer on and log on to the website i would have did that the first time dont you think are these people just complete idiots or is that just how at&t trains their employees because at&t cant get their head out their fill in the rest there i know you can prolly do that. I am so sick of them not even having a minicule of common sense. they took up over a hour of my time just to be told go online and pay when i didnt want to do that i wanted to pay on the phone if they have their stuff working properly then i could have get your stuff together everytime I calll something is not working my god these people just piss me off so completely it isnt even funny the gas company doesnt even piss me off this much not even close.

WOW! Talk about a run on sentence. You must really be pissed. I can imagine you sitting in front of your pomuter just banging away at the keyboard. But the good news is at least you have internet to post your unhappiness with the worlds largest communications company. Sorry to hear you are so very unsatisfied. I agree, at&t needs to focus more on keeping their customers happy then how many of those all mighty dollars they can rake in. Wish ya the best in your trials.
