Att Fees

I was promised by ATT marketing departing Uverse 12mpbs when available for 29.99 with all fees waived because i have been waiting dor the service to get into my area. They said all charges would be waived including technician. I call to see ATT every 2 weeks to check if uverse internet is available and today they finally said it was available. I called and they said that I could get it but there would be a $149 technician fee. I told them about the promise made to me that i would not be charged equipment or anything no one time fees including installation they guy would not listen and was very rude. I have been a loyal customer for a very long time and I am really dissapointed.

In short: I waited for uverse for a really long time, I have been paying for 3mbps Dsl while i get about 1 mbps at the most. Now they want me to pay $150 dollars to install. Great, just great.
