My experience is much the same as all the others. I was first promised free installation, a bundle rebate, and $29.99 a month, My first bill was $275.00 and they couldnt seem to verify all the charges and said they credited the acct. I am still waiting for that. I was transferred 3 times. No one tells me the same story. My acct still isnt correct, I am thinking of switching back to cable.

I'd suggest getting in touch with either Alex or Jamie and let them know your full story as well as your account number. They are both AT&T employees and will be able to assist you in resolving these billing issues once and for all. Click on either (or both) of their names above to send them private messages.

I am having the same problem! my first bill is 278.00? they told me a lil over hundred every month. I have the TV and cable. and i havent received my first bill then they told me i signed up for paper less. im already having problem with this crap. I used to have comcast. idk why i listen to these people to changed over to att U verse.

I to am dissapointed with att. The sales people are well trained and very good but the over all product wont last.When I call for technical help I get someone in Inda reading from some document or script. I to was promised various promotions and discounts. My bigest problem is with there so called fax line. (Err code poor line quality). This means that the voip line that they are using with there DSL isnt strong enough to transmit fax information. Att Promised me a fax line They have not delevered. The Tech said if there is a dial tone your good to go. I disagree, So I set up an appointment with them to have a tech come out @ $190 and trouble shoot my fax line I waited 4 hours, He Didnt Show, They Didnt even call, No nothing. Im Done With Att.
