Early Terminatio n Fee on my bill, but I haven't canceled service

I logged into my account today to find a $120 early termination fee on my bill, yet I have not canceled my service.

If you get a csr who is uncooperative politely end the call and call back to speak to another. If you still have problems getting this issue resolved send Alex a PM he is an ATT Community Manager on the forum.

I called and spoke to a very nice CSR who resolved this quickly. It seems that there was a "computer glitch" that has done this to quite a few customers. She advised me to just pay what I regularly owe and to ignore the ETF, and that it will be resolved within a few billing cycles.
