I have been an ATT customer forever, when it was originally Southwestern Bell. Over the last couple of years I have experienced the WORST servce with them. This year alone I have had to call their office atleast twice a month, either in regards to my bill or my services. I called last month for additional charges that were not to be on my bill. Talk to the rep she verifies the charges are not to be there, she makes the adjustments needed. Tell me WHY IN THE ....... am I being charged AGAIN this month for the same charges that were taken off last month.
IS THERE ANY SUGGESTION ON ANY OTHER COMPANIES OUT THERE W/BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SERVICES?

Can't be much help since I've had SBC (dba ATT) for over 30 yrs. and have been happy.
Try contacting Alex, one of the AT&T Community Managers for further assistance.

"Ren: Now listen, Cadet. I've got a job for you. See this button? Don't touch it! It's the History Eraser button, you fool!
Stimpy: So what'll happen?
Ren: That's just it. We don't know. Maybe something bad, maybe something good. I guess we'll never know, 'cause you're going to guard it. You won't touch it, will you?"

Comcast, Times Warner, Insight, and don't forget Windstream. All of the first three aremore expensive though, and Windstream has a very small service area.
