Try contacting Alex, one of the AT&T Community Managers for further assistance.

You should cancel while you can. They have been overcharging me since day one and when I inquired I was told "it's only $6." But that $6 a month adds up. After 6 months I am now being overcharged more than $30 a month!!! DirecTV here I come!
