Horrible Uverse Customer Service

This is the 5th month of having my u-verse account with a billing error. Today I spoke with Adjuah employee .
I called my at&t wireless 611 on my phone for help getting to u-verse. I speak English but the voice response system can not understand me. So they get me to a live person, last month I had a credit of $151+ with my uverse account because everytime that I would pay my cell phone bill uverse would take the money. My uverse bill is $14.95 per month. But Ms Adjuah was made that the wireless customer service person that helped me get to her hung up the phone. This women yelled at me, "Why did the wireless hang up?" I explained I did not work for at&t but could we talk about my bill so that we can use my credit on my account to pay the bill. Ms. then gets all on my staying the other person that hung up on her caint read no bill and that in fact she was lookins at my bill as we spoke and everything was wrong. I had been on the phone for over an hour and just wanted my billing issued resolved. But when I told her that I did not like her tone on the phone and asked to speak to a manager. Ms Adjuah hung up on me.
This is horrible customer service. As soon as my cell phone service contract is up so am I with At&t all three of them.

Forget trying to deal with the people on the phone. Send a private message to Alex or Jamie and one (or both) of them will get everything straightened out for you. In your private message(s), be sure to include your name, billing account numbers, and the details of the problems you have so that they can assist you in getting everything rectified. They are both very helpful and always go to bat on behalf of the customers to make things right.
