I have had Uverse for just over 2 months and have had continuous signal loss. I have had lots of service calls without solving the issue. There has been couple of times I have had good service for almost a week but problem comes back. When it starts there have been up to 8-10 times a day of signal loss that we have seen while watching. Could be more that we don't when we are not home. When this happens I also lose home phone and internet. This is very aggravating when watching TV. I have keep my records for past month and there has been over 80 times. I have asked about the cancellation fee and was told once that I would be charged because its past the 30 trial period. This is crazy since I have never had the service I was promised when signing up for this. I have asked who I can contact about this issue but I am always directed to tech support who runs check on my account and tells me they see issues on my lines and set up another service call that still doesn't solve my problem. Need an answer soon becoming very frustrated with AT&T.
