I have only been with ATT a few months. I just received my second bill, and the price is NOT what was agreed upon when I signed up. When I signed up, I was told for U200 and 3meg internet the total price would be $116 with a promotional price of $46, so my monthly bill should be $70. For absolutely NO reason my bill is $91.
I called customer services to see why this bill was $21 higher than agreed upon, and was told that someone told me the wrong promotional price, and that my bill will always be $91! HOW CAN SOMEONE TELL ME THE WRONG PROMOTIONAL PRICE WHEN I AM SETTING UP THE ACCOUNT?!!!
That seems like bait-and-switch to me!
I was given $30 credit toward my next bill. That's great, but what about the rest of the months under my 12 month contract?!
This is absolutely wrong, and illegal!
