Hello, I have the following question, I recently moved to a new place and in the process I lost one the box converters, the tech came to my house and install the service and brought me a new box, he told me AT&T may or may not charged me for the lost box, well I received I bill and they are charging me $150.00 for the box and with my actual bill the bill got so high that I can pay it all at once, my question is, can I pay this box in installments? I have problems getting in touch with costumer service during the day as I work nights and unfortunatelly AT&T has no a costumer service dedicated email address where people can send their problems and concern after hours.
