is there a minimum payment i can give on my monthly bill instead of paying my total amount?

The amount due is the amount due.
You could call them and possibly work something out but there is no 'minimum due'.

Unfortunately not, if you would like your services to continue.
If you are having trouble keeping up with your bill, your only option is to downgrade your services to something more affordable. You can send a message to Alex and he will have someone contact you who can help come up with a plan that is within your budget. Under certain conditions, you might be eligible for state or federal assisstance with your bill.
