My wife signed up with triple bundle, HD in 4 rooms, internet speeds at 12Mbs (twice as fast as COMCAST is what they said), etc etc. The online bill shows 154 bucks a month and a one time fee of 49. I called AT&T and they couldnt tell me what the 49 dollars was for. It was in the one time fee side, and the 154 was the monthly charges row. So, off to a bad start already, as they cant explain a charge.
What can I expect my bill to be the second, third month. I am not a fan of rebates, like they said we will get with rewards. It should be all up front.
ANy one who can let me know the damage as I cant beleive for 2 years it will be 154.

The $49 may have been an installation charge or it could be a prorated charge. New subscribers are getting 2 year price lock with a 1 year contract so that should be your price for the next two years.

The $49 is the activation fee.

AT&T also has a video explaination of the first bill, says its available for the first 30 days after your bill is generated. That link gives you steps on how to access it

Thanks everyone. The 49 dollar is an activation fee. She gave my wife paperwork for a rebate. I am sure that takes few weeks to show up in the mail.
Off to the DSL/Baseband/Broadband section to have someone explain the internet.
Thanks again
