We signed up for the triple play (land line, cable TV and Internet) in mid October for $111.00/month for 12 months. There was no installation fee, in fact we were promised a $50 credit card for switching from a competitor. The same $50 credit card we were promised in August for switching to an ATT cell phone (neither of which have we recieved). To date we have not received a bill, but have received several phone calls from ATT threatening to cancel service for non payment.
Now the local assistant manager has informed us they have reduced our bill to $163.00/month (even though we have an agreement in writing from the salesman for a monthly fee of $111.00/moht) and we owe almost $400 for the 2 months of service, instead of 2 months at $111.00. Is there anyone at ATT that cares?

You can log into your account on-line and see your bills, etc. You may have signed up for on-line billing without knowing it.
