No idea how to get bill and/or access online services

I've had U-verse since 5/22, replacing regular AT&T Phone and DSL. I also have AT&T Wireless. I'd linked my wireless account to my U-verse account, but I'm unable to access any details about my U-verse. I can't pull up my past bill, I can't access any details about my U-verse Voice Mail (and had to call to have it shut off, after being transferred from person to person to person to person). Most problematic, I can't view my U-verse Voice usage.
If I click on "Bill & Payments" after I log in, it takes me to details about my wireless bill. No matter where I go, I'm not able to get any details about my U-VERSE bill. It's all so annoying that at this point, since my wireless contract is up, I'm considering going to another provider because it would actually be MORE SIMPLE than combining services from what seem like completely different companies under AT&T.
Does anyone have any idea what's up? Does it take several months before you can access your U-verse account online or something?
I'm already pretty frustrated that the installer apparently had set up voice mail for me -- and turned off my home answering machine -- but gave me NO details about how to use the voice mail or even that it existed at all. Until someone mentioned they'd left me a message THE WEEK BEFORE, I hadn't even realized there was a problem, and had to search non-AT&T sites on the Internet to get the slightest support on the topic. Sheesh!

If your U-verse service was installed on May 22nd, I doubt that your first U-verse bill has been generated yet, thus, there would be no past U-verse bills to review.
Where are you trying to log into to see your U-verse account? You can log into your U-verse account online using your U-verse log-in information (email and password). From your U-verse account, you can configure your voice mail and all the other phone features.

That's exactly the issue, though. 1) I already did get my first bill -- and had to mail it in, since I wasn't able to access it online to pay. And 2) I can log into my uverse account, but it doesn't list the links to configure voice mail, review usage, and the other features that it SAYS it should list in the help menu.
