I received an email from AT&T Uverse today titled "Two for You" offering two free movie coupon codes. I later went back to view the email and redeem the codes but the email is no longer in my inbox nor is it in my trash or spam folder. I have tried to contact AT&T but they keep passing me around to different departments. Did anyone else recieve this email and if so what are the codes? I would really like to redeem the codes and watch my free movie tonight but I can't get an answer from anyone at AT&T.

To be on the safe side I say don't try to use those codes. If you keep getting passed around now, who knows what treatment you might get after you use them. Send Alex a PM he is an ATT community manager here in the forum. Maybe he can offer some assistance.

Same thing happened to me but I still have my email. The code won't work. I get a message that says my account doesn't support on demand codes yet I just used one last month. I too sat on hold for 1 1/2 hours getting shuffled from department to department. If at&t doesn't soon get their ---- together, I'm switching to comcast.
