Please help! I cannot pay my bill online! What is going on?????

Long time AT&T DSL user and recently moved to where I could bundle with UVerse. Selected this option and cannot seem to find the "account" tab that I am supposed to sign in to pay my bill on line.
Why do I feel like everything is hidden in this Uverse thing? I can't access my own wireless system to connect another laptop, I can't seem to find a place to pay my bill online? Why does it seem like they're intentionally being unclear?
Please help, I just need to pay my bill!!!!

There's definitely a problem and you need to call CS direct at 800-983-2811 to get your account straightened out for paying online.
When I go into the same link WIUser posted it takes me into a page where you can see "view bill summary" in the upper left corner, after logging in, and that's where you pay your bill.

What is the URL address you are typing in to get to this site? I notice that at the top by the AT&T logo it says Dial. When Iog in to my account it says Uverse and has Uverse Central to the right of that. I also notice at the very top where you have it cut off it says att.net where mine says Uverse Home.

I am having the exact same issue. Did you ever get this resolved? It's horribly frustrating!!! Here's the wierd thing: I can log in and view my bill SOMETIMES, but I'm not sure what happened differently. I have viewed my bill online once. I've also had access to check my voice mail messages online, but I can't ALWAYS do it. I'm not sure what's going on either...
I was hoping you have had some progress so that you might be able to share what you found out with me. Any luck?

Would call CS direct at 800-983-2811 and tell them often you are unable to view your bill online. Maybe there's some glitch in your account they can straighten out.
Not sure when your having problems but sometimes on weekends, and late at night, they shut the online billing system down for maintenance or upgrades.

Well you've probably already guessed it is shut down from reading my previous post. Your best bet is to just wait until tomorrow. They probably don't notify customers by email because it would be too embarrassing how many times they shut it down. Also they would have to email all of their 3-4 million users since they probably wouldn't know who is going to pay their bill online.
Have my computer set up to block all unsolicited emails so really don't hear from them.

ATT’s Uverse site does not support anything but Internet Explorer 6
I am unable to login to my Uverse account online using Internet Explorer 8. As soon as I login I get a blank screen. I know the login information is correct because when I talked to a Att Tier 2 rep she was able to login to my account using my login information with her internet expolrer 6 browser. I have tried logging in using the latest version of internet explorer 8, Safari, Crome and Firefox. None of them worked and the Tier 2 tech explained to me that none of those browsers are supported including IE8. That the only browser that is recommended is Internet Explorer 6. It does not make since why Att will not update their site to work with the latest Internet Explorer browser and continues to recommend a browser that is no longer supported by Microsoft and the support for which is being phased out by every major company in the world. The tier 2 tech support person recommended that I turn off my windows firewall , delete my cookies and set my internet explorer security settings to low in IE8. I tried these things knowing that this is a large security risk and it still would not work. However when I tried using internet Explorer 6 it works perfectly. It is sad to see companies like ATT that try to make themselves look like a great technology company and yet they are so far behind in their web browser support that all they support is Internet Explorer 6.
I am an IT Manager for a major corporation so I know a lot more about computers, networks and web browsers then almost anyone. I spent over an hour trying to get the ATT website to work with Internet Explorer 8 and I finally come to the conclusion, after trying everything possible that either it simply does not function with IE8 or there was a problem with the ATT website. However because the Tier 2 tech support person was able to get it to function on IE6 she said that she could not escalate the issue to Tier 3 tech support. It is so SAD that ATT’s policies do not let issues like this even make it to a support level that could possible even let the web masters know all the issues the customers are having with the website.

As I replied to your other post, I was able to log on to Uverse using both Firefox and IE8. Sounds like something on your end (NON-technical observation). But thanks for the giggle.

I use FF on two different computers, and IE to pay my bill online. It could be a minor setting in your browser that is preventing you from getting where you need to go to pay your bill online. It has always worked for me.

Really, You obviously don't know that much or you would be able to login to the website using IE8. I've used IE6, IE7, IE8, FF, Chrome and Opera and haven't had an issue with any browser yet. You've made my day, I haven't laughed that hard in quite a while. Thanks.
