Question about my bill

I have a question about my bill recently. I received a bill that charged me $162.38 because of "Non-Returned Gateway". But I did return the gateway. I even have the tracking number which I returned back the gateway. The due date is Nov 14, so please reply me ASAP.
Tell me if you need more information.
