I was supposed to get a $200 Visa card in the mail 6 weeks after installation of my U-verse bundled service. When I hadn't gotten it after six weeks I called. They said they'd mailed me a letter a month after the installation describing how to create the card and have it mailed to me. Beats me why they just didn't send me the card! Anyway, my wife and I never saw such a letter, and so when I called in today, I was told that the call would now initiate the card, and I could expect to receive it in 4 to 6 weeks. This means a possible total wait of three months to get the card. There's something fishy going on here, and it appears to be AT&T prolonging the issuing of the Visa card as long as possible to earn interest on "the float." They've got customer service all wrong, wouldn't you say?

You must redeem your rewards at the Reward Center online. Within 30 days of your install date, you should receive a letter in the mail from AT&T instructing you to visit that website to redeem your rewards. Failure to redeem your rewards at that website will result in either a delay or the loss of the rewards.

I had worst experience with ATT rebate, After following up with store/ATT rebate center, I was told by ATT rebate dept that I don't qualify for rebate while store keep telling me that I will get $300 reward.
Even I complained the store Manager but looks like he is not that great of being manager. he just passed my message to associate who booked my order.
Too much ATT, I think I will wait for one more month then I am cancelling ATT Uverse.

The At&t UVerse Rebate program is a joke. Even if you follow the directions to claim your rewards to a Tee, there still add ample opportunity to foul it up by getting your address information wrong (Three TIMES)????? NOTE: It's the same address as where you send my AT&T bills and your AT&T spam mail.
Today was the third time having to call to correct and re-issue cards. As an earlier poster mentioned, this rebate program stinks of unethical decision-making and duplicitous sales tactics. AT&T middle management should reconsider taking a college course in both.
Say Goodbye AT&T to any future business from me (Personal wireless, Uverse, Business accounts). ALL GONE. My next purchase -- an iPhone 5 -- will launch with Verizon at the top of the screen.
