I bought ATT UVerse HiSpeed Internet Feb 2011. I returned the router on the same month because I realized that I have an existing router. I used ATT's returned label to send the item back. However, after several calls, probably around seven calls to customer service within a year, I have not received my refund. I spoke to an ATT employee named Christian who told me that I would finally get my refund because he found the router and would submit his report so that my refund would be processed. Unfortunately it did not happen. Worst, when I called again last March 16, 2012, the employee I talked to named Myrna told me that she did not see any calls or follow ups that I made on my account records! So every effort that I made over the year to get the refund was useless. Finally, she gave me now a case number which nobody among the ATT customer service staff that I talked did before. The Case NO. is {Personal content removed for your safety}. She asked me to wait 7-10 days for investigation and somebody from ATT would call me. It's almost a month now since I talked to her and NO ONE called me still! So, maybe I should call them again and spend more than an hour again waiting time before I finally talk to a live person and then tell my story all over again. And then this live person will transfer my call to another and wait another hour before a live person pick up the phone and then this live person will transfer me again to another person and so on and so forth. Finally, I know the answer: " I will send your case for investigation." I heard that several times before..

I thank you guys for your quick response. I finally got my refund today. Only by joining the AT&T Community did I finally get results. Thank you!
