Were you told you'd receive a Visa card when signing up for service, going to paperless billing or for enrolling in autopay? Check out this link to register for your reward or to check the status.

okay I am frustrated. When I signed up they did mentioned about receiving a $100 rewards visa card if I had service at least for 30 days. You would think I would have received something via email letting me know that my rewards letter was sent out already. I have only been in my place for 1 month and did not have a mail box key until recently. Due to technology I have been just paying all my bills online billpay. I finally checked my mail today and my reward letter expired yesterday. Now I just realized the reward center is close today and read the FAQ that once it is expired they will no longer issue another reward. Any suggestions because thiis was one of the reasons why I decided to go with AT&T versus charter. If they are not going to honor a rewards by missing the expired date by 1 day.???????? I don't know

Call AT&T customer service and ask them to call the reward center FOR you (don't let them merely transfer you). When I was a rep, I helped numerous customers in your situation, and the reward center reps had no problems reactivating the reward as long as it was with a month or two of expiring.
