AT&T's customer service is less than desirable. They took 3 times my bill amount despite telling me that their system was down and that no payments were going through on that day. When I went to post a payment, I noticed the error and called. I was told that I should call my bank but the bank was not able to remove the payment since it already went through. AT&T took weeks to refund the amount AFTER I made multiple calls to them.
The bundle amount went from about $30 to $70 for fewer channels than I got through Directv or could get through Time Warner. Not only that, the service person installed my box only partially so my picture does not show up clearly. I called to have this fixed, got the box reset but it still isn't clear. I was told they may be able to send a technician and that he or she will delete my DVR and try to fix the box synchronization that way. This after 1+ years of having to move the box around for a good picture.
