I made an arrangement with AT&T to pay my bill on or before June 6, but on June 4 AT&T disconnected my service. It would take two weeks for Dish Network to come out and install the hopper. Should I pay AT&T $60 ($30 for TV and $30 internet) reconnection fee for service for two weeks?

You are asking the members of this forum to tell you what to do?

I now know AT&T isn't worth it I called them at 5:48 PM, on hold for 19 minutes before getting disconnected, called back at 6:08 PM and their office is now closed.

I actually decided to pay the amount to reconnect the service that evening, 6/4/12 and cancelled Dish, this morning (10 days later) AT&T disconnected services again.

AT&T said I should have paid more than the amount to restore service, the new charges were due 6/4/10 which was not needed to restore service on 6/4/10.

I'm not sure that I follow you - Try contacting Alex, one of the AT&T Community Managers for further assistance. Maybe he can assist you because I don't understand and that is okay because sometimes I'm dense, lol.

If I'm understanding what happened, you paid an amount on June 4th and your services were restored; however, you did not pay the bill that was due on June 4th. The bill for which payment was due on June 4th is now 10 days past due so as of today, your services have been disconnected again. Is my understanding correct?

That's correct, If I were to restore services again, will AT&T charge a total of $120 to reconnect services?

It's $30 for each service (TV, internet, phone, etc) that is to be restored.
Since your account is 10 days past due, were you not expecting services to be disconnected?

Not 10 days after restoring services on 6/4

Well, it not so much that services were disconnected 10 days after they were restored, but the fact that your services were disconnected because your account is 10 days past due. The day that you had services restored just happens to be the same day that payment for another bill was due.
