I am posting because after three months of service I have stil not received the promotional reward cards promised upon signing up ( the reason why I decided to go with AT&T to begin with). When searching for my Order online to print the details of the Promotions associated with my initial purchase... I receive an error stating that there are no Orders to pull up for my account.
I have had problems with AT&T in all aspects, from setting up the installation, DVR randomly not functioning, and especially billing. I am very displeased and at this point I wish I never would have switched providers do to all of the hassles and hidden fees associated with being a customer of AT&T.
I would very much appreciated if an AT&T admin could help me resolve this issue! I would really like something to go right in regards to my experience as a customer.

AT&T states to 'Allow 3-4 weeks from the completed installation date of your order to receive redemption instructions' which I never received to complete the form on the website. When typing in my info into the rewards center it always said" Submission Not Found."
I have been trying to seek out an answer to my problem for the past three months and have been given the run around by AT&T....being told multiple different scenarios by customer support such as "my promotions will be incorparated in to my next bill" (which never happened) ... and opposingly that I would be "receiving something in the mail". At this point I'm not sure what to believe.
I have PM'ed the suggested admin and am hoping that he will help.
