Having Uverse has been a very bad experience! I had nothing but issues from day one! Basically 2 wiped out dvr's where I lost a seasons worth of shows, 6 techs out 3 of which were "master" techs, and 2 new boxes later I still had to cancel the service and I hadn't even had them an entire year! Then I have a credit of nearly $30 with them, since April! I had to call today and get pretty nasty seeing as it's July and I have yet to recieve my credit from them. And they didn't even have the correct info. I think the idea of their service is nice, but their customer service and product could stand an over haul. Very disappointed and will NEVER entertain the idea of them again.

Didn't you already post this in another thread. There is no need to post in multiple threads, most of if not all of those who subscribe to the forum read the first post you made. fyi.

No I don't believe I did. I replied to someone's post which whose problem was similar to mine. But thank you for wasting your time in pointing it out. You read the post so it's all good. And perhaps you should be a bit more sensitive to people's post, perhaps they are new to the uverse community and feeling their way through. You must work for Uverse and feel the need to harp. No need to get testy. I wasn't harping at all. In fact I don't think I have ever harped on anything in my life. If I hurt your feelings or upset you with my post I apologize. However, I will have a great day. You take one for yourself also.
