My husband and I signed up for a promotion of $19.95/month for U-verse internet pro, andwhen we got our first bill, it was the normal price, $38. We called and customer service told us that the promotion would kick in in a couple of months. It has been 4 months now, so my husband just called. The representitive said that we had upgraded to Elite 2 months ago. WE NEVER DID ANY SUCH THING! That was the day we called to ask why we weren't getiing the promo price. The representitive must have made a mistake, because we would not have upgraded- we can't afford it!
I asked to speak to a supervisor and she said they were all busy but asked for my phone number and said she would have one call me.
It has been an hour and a half now and I still have not recieved a call.
